Freshbooks: An easy to use Online Invoicing program
If you are a small business owner who wants to make your invoicing easier to create, send and track, Freshbooks is probably the coolest and easiest to use on the market today. You can sign up for a free account (up to 3 client) to give it a try. When you sign up you get your own business URL (example: http://yourcompany.freshbooks.com) which is customized with your company colors and logo. You can also track expenses and keep track of your time while working on a project.
To learn more about this amazing little software program, check out Freshbooks. One final thing that I personally like is how Freshbooks integrates with a number of other quality online programs such as: Outright.com, Clarity Accounting, iPhone, etc. For a list of the programs Freshbooks integrates with: Check the Add-On list.
I’d like to sumbit Time59 (www.time59.com) as a contender in the “cool and easy to use” category of online invoicing applications. It’s geared towards freelancers and is $49.95 per year for unlimited use.
I will check out time59. Thanks for the suggestion.
Please also take a look at CaseFox Time and Billing Software (http://www.casefox.com). CaseFox offers role based multi-user interface. No time restricted basic plan is free. Paid plans start at $10/month – no per user additional charges.
Thanks. I did look it over. It doesn’t seem to be the same or better than Freshbooks at my first glance through the features. I’d only switch from Freshbooks if I found a program that was so simple (like Freshbooks), did the same things and/or more: not less features. Oh…and a cheaper price. Right now, I’m very happy with Freshbooks. It is worth the money to me at this point.
