Our rates and plans are flexible and affordable, especially compared to the cost of hiring someone in-house. And, since marketing is the lifeblood of a healthy business, the better question might actually be: can you afford to NOT have a marketing manager? We've found that our customers save a bit of money by having our team run their marketing department because they are not in need of a full-time individual. Once they get large enough in size, we can dial things back and offer consulting and advisor services.
We aren’t here to replace anyone! Some of our clients hire us instead of an in-house team, but others ask us to work alongside their marketing manager and staff. Our goal is to contribute fresh ideas, perspectives, and augment your efforts. We love working alongside others.

We’re selective about the clients we work with, and look for people who are open-minded, growth-oriented, and willing to take the steps needed. This is a team sport! You need to be willing to have a budget, ideally be working with a business coach (not essential, but recommended!), and receptive to input and change. We also love working alongside clients who are committed to their communities and local initiatives.
Our clients vary greatly! We’ve worked with businesses doing $200k/year in revenue, and have worked alongside companies doing up to $30M/year. Our approach may differ a bit, but the principles and relationship is much the same. We’ve also been with a number of clients right through years of incredible growth, and that’s exciting to see and be a part of! Ideally we will work as your outsourced marketing department until you are large enough to have an in-house marketing manager. It is at that point that we can bow out or stay on as marketing advisors.
