How To Motivate Your Team To Take Photos of Their Work | A David Creation

As you know, getting photos of your work is crucial. If the marketing budget allows for it, you can always hire a photographer to go around to job sites to get some nice action and finish shots. Yet it can get pretty expensive to have a photographer available on a regular basis. 

In this 12 minute video below, I share 6 tips on how to motivate and encourage your field crews take photos of their work. I do give a few tips on the “how to” as well. Finally, I threw in a bonus tip on shooting some video for case studies.

Sharing your finished work on the social media sites can help build your brand and grow your business. If you do not have a plan on your staff is handling pictures, I encourage you to make one and get it in place.
