Why A Number of My Customers Use Pipeline Deals CRM
I was introduced to Pipeline Deals CRM back in around 2009 – 2010 when I was on a hunt for quality and easy to use CRM programs for my customers. This was around the time cloud programs were becoming more popular and necessary for many of my customers who were working more remotely than ever before! Since the day I first logged in and began using and testing out Pipeline Deals, it has always been a pretty straightforward CRM to use for users. There is not a huge learning curve. My customers, in general, were using ACT! or no CRMs at the time. ACT! really did do the job well over the years, but at the time, their cloud-based program did not work so well.
